I have a vision to lower the entropy of real estate valuations. I had an aim to find a blog title which is short, expressive and can not be misunderstood.
Fogalmazz úgy, hogy ne csak félreérteni, de félremagyarázni se lehessen!
A valuation - amongst others - shall be that way. It has to contain all the necessary information and documentation but redundant and superfluous content have to be excluded. The wording has to be plain and logically derived. This led to the title Valuation Viewer.
Posts are recommended to valuation professionals, non-professionals and future professionals. Each post is labelled accordingly for easy navigation.
I devote it for professionals because during my valuation supervisory jobs since 2007 I met with valuations form a wide spectrum of quality. Non-professionals, the users and comissioners of valuations are not only deserve to receive such a valuation report referred above but it is due. Nontheless it is my duty to draw the attention of and hand over the knowledge to future professionals.
I truly hope this blog will accomplish its aim and the anomaly of real estate valuations will decrease.
